Individual Packaging
No transferring required, butterflies arrive packed in these boxes.
	u Standard release box free w/ purchase of butterflies Our elegantly designed standard butterfly release boxes are provided at no extra charge with the purchase of live butterflies. We pack the butterflies ahead of time in these boxes so that there is no transferring required.
	u Designer butterfly box $1.35 each This box is for those who desire quality in every aspect. With a three dimensional butterfly-shaped latch on the front, you will be impressed with the quality of the box only to find that it gets even better - there's a live monarch butterfly inside! Custom printing is available at no extra charge with a minimum of 20 boxes.
	u Personalized printing $.50 per box This option is available for each of the individual release boxes above. Minimum order of 20 boxes is required for printing.
Mass release cages & viewing boxes
The butterflies will need to be transferred into the mass release containers prior to the release.
	u Viewing/release cage (holds up to 5 dozen) $64.95 $49.95 (with the purchase of 2 dozen or more butterflies) This handmade cage is fashioned from pure Chinese silk, nylon mesh, cotton felt, and fine Midori Ribbon. It's unique pop-up design allows for easy storage and shipping. Other companies offer cheap and simple baskets with netting attached by a rubber band. Our handmade cage is made only of high-quality materials; you will not be disappointed with this one.

Mass release boxes

We ship all packages of live butterflies via FedEx Priority Overnight in a specially-designed container that keeps the butterflies cool while in transit. Additional shipping charges may apply for large orders.

*Cancellation Policy*
If the weather is either too cold or too rainy for a successful butterfly release, you may cancel up to 4 days prior to your event and receive a full refund. The forecasted high should be 55 Deg. F or greater. Other cancellations may require a fee based upon the amount of notice given prior to cancellation. If you are uncertain about the possible weather for your area on your event date, we advise checking the historical weather records for your area. Please note that the butterflies will need to be released no later than 15 minutes after sunset. For sunset times in your area on your specific event date, please click HERE for more information.
*When should I order?*
Reservations can be made up to a year in advance. Placing your order as early as possible ensures that your butterflies will be available. We do not have a cut-off date for reservations, however we HIGHLY recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure a secured reservation. We occasionally sell out 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event. However, we can usually fill orders even at the last minute. So, please call for availability, even if your event is the NEXT DAY and we just may be able to get the butterflies to you.
